These Terms of Service govern use of the yotoplay website and purchases from our U.S. store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked in our footer.
Store Use
You must provide accurate information, use the store lawfully, and avoid conduct that disrupts the site, infringes rights, introduces harmful code, attempts unauthorized access, or supports fraud. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may be corrected when a genuine error is identified.
Orders and Payment
An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm or fulfill it. We may reject or cancel an order for inventory, payment, fraud-prevention, pricing-error, address, legal, or security reasons and will refund any captured amount when appropriate. Prices are in USD unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Taxes are charged as required by applicable law.
Shipping, Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges
U.S. orders receive free standard shipping, normally with 1–2 business-day processing and 4–6 business-day transit, plus tracking. Orders may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies. Eligible purchases have a 30-day no-reason return and exchange option, with return shipping paid by yotoplay.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services
Store content is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and linked third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers and Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from events outside our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where a greater remedy is required by law.
Governing Rules and Changes
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the law of the merchant's principal place of business, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a revised version.
