Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases from yotoplay delivered within the United States.
30-Day Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange for any reason within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact us at support@goyotoplay.shop before returning an item so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and a prepaid return-shipping label. Return shipping is paid by yotoplay for both no-reason returns and returns involving damage, defects, incorrect items, or other quality problems.
Except for a verified defect or shipping error, items should be returned with the product, included parts, and available packaging in a condition that permits inspection. Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Customized or personalized goods, clearance or final-sale goods, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are not returnable, except where applicable law requires otherwise or the item arrived defective.
Refunds
After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Although we process approved refunds promptly, banks and card issuers generally post funds within 5–10 business days. Original taxes are refunded when required by law.
Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is handled under this Refund Policy.
